People seem to like to enforce bad news, but I see no problem here. This is near the end of the grow, and these plants start dying back near the end. A couple of dying leaves is not a problem. Burnt tips are not a major problem, just shows you over do the nutes a bit. There is nothing indicating a lock out due to salts or anything else... these are healthy plants in the last half of flowering. I would back off on the nutes a bit, being ready to stop them completely soon so as to clear the chemicals out of the final product. This usually calls for a flush right there at the end anyway, but if you only have another week or two before preparing for the last 2 weeks, I don't see an immediate need.

Showing burns AND deficiencies is a sign of lockout due to nute build up. You are right though it is near to the end of the grow but I was not "enforcing bad news" I was confirming his suspicion and giving him a solution so he knows he was right.

Not always my friend... sometimes a burn is just a burn... and again, I see no deficiencies here. A perfect example of this is my young Jack Herer plant in my current grow... transplanted her into a strong soil that she was not used to and she showed some burning, quite like the tip burning here. My plant is neither locked out or has nute buildup, nor would a flush do anything to fix it.

Those faded leaves show calmag def down the bottom... but like you said its near the end so mot much to worry about.
