Nitrite nitrate in run off water

Hello,

I tested my run off water. Also tested my tap water before and after filtering out chlorine.

I just used strips.

The nitrate level was around 200 and nitrite was around 10.


Does this mean nitrogen toxicity?
Or is it normal after feeding?

I just fed right before with Dr Earth All Purpose for pre bloom stage. It's 4-4-4

I suppose it must be that. Dr earth is heavy in nitrogen then. I feel I needed more soil to give a normal dose probably. My soil was low in all pots.
