Noob help

Hi guys first time grow need abit of help found brown spots on leaves what could it be not sure tho
Grow light 600w led hight to plant 69cm
Indoor grow temp range 15 to 25 C
Dwc set up 33 liter Rez
Plant type LSD auto 25
Early veg start of week 2
pH was at 5.5 now it's at 6.5
TDs was at 77 now it's at 80
Nuts does was 1/4 strength A and B
Light on 24/0
Top feed Dwc setup
One plant currently in setup

The leaves are pretty light green in colour as well. I know nothing about a dwc setup, hopefully someone comes along that knows there stuff

When the top leaves turn yellow, it sometimes indicates that there is a zinc deficiency. The brown spots make me lean toward a magnesium deficiency, which also turns the leaves yellow as well

Yes they do I agree the rust looking spots are only on the old leaves not on the new growth at this time

Thought it might be a calcium def as I stated my Res pH at 5.5 and according to the pH chart the plant can't take up Ca at that pH just thought I'm by no means a pro at this lol just trying to figure things out before I make any changes to anything

I'm pretty sure you should be running your PH in the "hydro zone".(left graph) 6.5 is ideal for soil.

In this chart it shows 5.5 witch the res was at didn't have all the elements in it chart might be wrong tho not sure

Can do a full Res change tommrow if necessary but then what pH leave to chooses ?

I had rusty leaves with some rips or holes in the beginning of this first grow. I believe it was from not using cal mag and ph water properly and it did fix up when I watered and fed better.

That chart also shows 5.8, to be right about where everything is obtainable. Type DWC into the search, and find some journals. See what the PH is, and compare.

What pH did you use and is this for soil or hydro friend

My current grow is soil, and the ph is completely different for soil. Hydro has a lower ph.

OK, new to DWC and I have been reading so much about proper PH levels and I see that its really all over the map. PH ranges on sites from 5.5-6.5 and frankly, that's a big spectrum. Can or have we come to a census as to what is the best PH level for a DWC system?

I'm currently not using cal mag but the A and B neuts as got both in them so I'm sure that's fine I think
