Ok I am a newbie to growing, I am using Mars Hydro reflector 96x 3w LED light, 12/12 schedule

In hydro with Advanced Nutrients jungle juice , Grow, Micro, Bloom, PH water 5.8 - 6.2 following recommended dosage on nutes. Strain is Critical + feminized. The buds seem small compared to what I see on forums, week 5-6 flowering. My question is the light crappy or I just need to give it more time? The leaves are coated with resin and seems ready to harvest, the very top buds on tips are bigger than everything underneath even though I tied down to even canopy out as best I could. Has anyone grown awesome buds with this light? The area I am growing is only 2 x 2 , temperatures are perfect, humidity is 45-50% I was keeping light 12 inches away in flowering per manufacturers suggestion. I dried one bud and its potent but just dam small. Should I try moving light closer like 6-8 inches? I am also using LED spotlights 2,400 Kelvin, very bright. I am flowering another 2x2 area to the right of mars hydro grow using CFL/LED spotlights with a mix of 2,400 Kelvin and 6,100 Kelvin just to see if I can get bigger buds. I just might need to give it another couple weeks I dont know, that's why I am posting.
