Drooping, light or other?

Ok so here is one of 2 plants I have on a fog setup, the other plant is fine but this one is starting to droop. I am thinking the drooping is coming from the fact that the lights I have above it are 4200 Kelvins and the ones that are pointed at the sides are 5000K. Now I have a 3rd floating light that I switch between plants every other day, and yesterday was this plants day for the extra light.

Do you think its just the gravitating towards the extra side light, or something else?

I'm. sorry. I told you my lights wrong.
overheads are 3000k and sides are 2700k. ph of 6 is no good, really?
I've read everywhere 6 to 6.5

I was under the impression that 5.6-5.8 was ideal for hydro but i guess thats one of those things that is always different for people

EDIT: "I follow and highly recommend the following parameters for hydroponic nutrient solutions for aeroponic, “bubblers”, drip, ebb and flow, NFT, passive, rockwool and wick systems.

PH 5.1-5.9 (5.2 optimal)"

What levels should I maintain for my hydroponic nutrient, temperature, pH and TDS/EC?
