Organic soil...in the winter... near Chicago?

So I'm having an issue trying to find a place in Chicagoland where I can get some organic soil - in the middle of winter. I understand that availability is usually seasonal in the midwest and that the -20 degree windchill outside does not help. I think I'll be forced to order some and pay outrageous shipping fees if I can't find any nearby for my 2nd grow. Anyone have any advice?

Definitely helps man - never heard of it either but I can't see how it could hurt considering it's organic. I think I'll head to the Depot & give it a go. thanks
