Pale leaves

i have a clone under CFL's in MG organic soil, almost a foot tall now, watering lightly when needed, no nutes for a wile, my question is what would cause leaves to turn a very very pale color, some you could almost say are albino like, almost bleached, some crusting of the leaves is occurring as well but only slightly and on greener leaves i assume wer burnt from the light

my only guess is light deficiency, it seems to be on much lower young leaves mostly and i dont have much reflective area around it the bulbs hang freely in the air above the plant.. idk any ideas
