PH plummets each day!

I have three girls growing in DWC, two in flower and one in pre-flower. The one in pre-flower takes a dive in PH each day. I balance out PH to 6.0 each day. In the morning, the PH ends up in the low 5’s, this morning, it was 4.5 !!!
What could cause this?

It also uses a gallon of water per day!

Are u using tap water

Some buffers in Tap can be a nightmare with DWC

Yeah, I do use tap water. Our city water background PPM is 50. I treat it for chloramine 48 hours before res change and the water reservoir is on bubbleator. I change the buckets out once a week and give fresh nutes. It’s been the same routine for the last 40+ days, the daily PH drop just started this week.

My only suggestion is try RO water

What nutrients are you running? What is your EC doing? Do you know what's in your water? Are you using CO2?

Water level dropping, pH dropping, she's drinking more than she eats. Lower the EC.
