This is my first hydro grow and im having issues already. The roots are not yet touching the water so im not sure what to do if its an nutrient issue. The leaves are browning and curling it looks like. The water is ph'd and the water has general hydro trio in it doseage cut in half.

Drip some of your rez water around it a few times a day til the roots get out to the water

I assumed it was just going to get enough water from the humidity until then

i don't have any experience with hydro but the quick research I did seems like people hand water a couple times a day around the roots until the roots reach the res water.
Ditto, roots are nowhere near the res....
I’m soil guy so theres much better hydro help on here than me but for the sake of moving your problem along - can you tell us about how you mix your soup? When do you add nutes & when do you adjust ph?
Also since I’m not familiar with their products does GH nutes contain calcium & magnesium?
