Possible to branch at the embriotic cotyledon round leaves sites?

Running a 100% SATIVA with out topping in a SCROG so did some VERY EARLY LST
and noticed I am getting some possible

branching UNDER The cotyledon Leaf.

Found this very interesting since the normal place for branching is above the NODE
NOT BELOW it ?

Interested to see if this is just a SINGLE BLADE leaf starting under the cotyledon Embryonic Leaf,
If so I suspect it will actually need to BRANCH later at the normal Node created at that spot.

So maybe not actual Branching has started, just the start of another single finger leaf ?
that has the possibility of a future branching site

Its not that uncommon. When I get new growth like that, I remove it so the plant doesn't waste energy on a non productive branch. I usually remove the 1st node above the cotyledon as well for the same reason.
