I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be an issue, comes with the added bonus of emitting carbon dioxide. Will probably raise the RH slightly too.

Yes! Co2 burners are very common. There are two ways to increase Co2 in a grow room, two main products are on the market. The first Co2 system use a propane burner that you refill over time. It is very common in large grow rooms, but not well suited for small operations. The other option is compressed Co2 tanks, and a regulator. Either way, I would use a co2 monitor to ensure the burner turns off when co2 levels get to 1200 ppm. Above 1500 ppm co2 is toxic to plants and people, but over 10,000 is where health problems become noticeable.
