If you mean more than harvest one grow in weekly stages, yes you can. It is called re vegging a plant. Leave some foliage on when harvesting, and try to re grow with veg lighting. Not a auto tho, no reveg there, or not worth it maybe, salude

You can reveg as Nivek said, but it takes a long time, up to several months before plant is healthy enough to bloom again. I had to do it once to save a clone-only strain that I left outside too long and went into flower. In any other case I would recommend just starting over or cloning now if you are still in veg. I could have grown a new plant from seed and harvested it faster than my plant revegged.
But if you want to try it anyway for fun or whatever it's a worthy challenge for any grower.
