Questions about the SOG method/lighting

Hi I'm planning on purchasing a Secret Jardin Darkroom II Pro DR90 which is 3' by 3' by 5'. I would really like to use the SOG method to grow in that area with the 2L. so I guess my first question is how many 2L do you think i could realistically put in there at a time to grow and then what type of lighting should I use. My plan was to get a 600W HPS, Lumatek 600 Watt Ballast, (2) 6" fans, and a 6" carbon filter. thanks in advance for the help

2L pots are very small. I would recommend 12L (3 gal) pots. You can fit about 9 plants with a 3 gallon pot in a 3x3 space.

I've got a load of 2 litre square pots which measure 6 inches by 6 inches...

90cm by 90cm is 9 square feet & that would equal 36 plants in that area with the above pots... fairly large task watering by hand.



Ya more likely want an air cooled hood/reflector with a 600w hps in that space as you may well run into heat issue's !
