What should i use for lightning?

Second grow, first one wasn't a failure as i got 15Grams even though the plant freaked out when i transplanted
(My bad you are not supposed to transplant autos). Now i'm starting a second grow. The plan is to grow ONLY a single auto flower plant, don't ask me why that's just how it is. Let me list the equipment i now have.

-Secret jardin dark street 2 Tent (60x60x140)
-Secret jardin TNeon 2x 75W Full spectrum lights. (Lights from old grow) Here is a link to the lights.

1. Lights
Should i get a HPS? What would be required to cool it? What would be a good choice for lights on this small area or are the old lights good enough for this grow? What would be the wattage?

2.Airtake
Is it enough to only use out-take fans, trough active carbon filters?
Room air ->Tent ->Carbon Filter ->Pipe ->Fan ->Back to room?

I think a 400 watt hps would be too much for this tent, but if you had it in a cool tube then heat shouldn't be a problem. As far as air circ, I use a 4 inch outtake fan to ventilate a 5x5x7' room no problem, but if you are asking if you should have supplementary fans for the plant then probably, they like air movement, it helps transpiration. Looking forward to your grow.

If you are planing on filling the whole tent with plants then you want at least 800 watts to cover a 4x4 area. For a single auto plant, the light you have will work. Have a read over the link in my signature, it will help you out a bit.
