I'm going into flowering and I have this circular red light that is strips of leds very bright so I was wondering if it was good for flowering

Really depends on the spectrum.
Needs to be red spectrum for flower. And I don't know if a red light constitutes red spectrum. Just google the specs of the light

High photon output is the real trick with Red light bloom spectrums (Red 660nm spikes)... the spectrum is the easy part... Micromoles are the hard part. Quantum meter most important metric tool IMO
