Reflective enough?

will the roll insulation that they use to insulate metal buildings with that has the silver side work inside a grow box? wanting to start a box and was wanting to use "country boy tactics" to put her together!!!

youd be better off painting the walls white ..or get mylar its really cheap like 30 bucks for 25 ft or somethan

Not just "white" use a flat white paint.. read somewhere(maybe here) that flat white is up to 90% reflectivity.. my whole grow room(floors,walls and clealing) is painted flat white, and I re paint every other grow..
