It's my first time growing... Doesn't look like I need to repot my plants? Also the leaves are turning a bit yellow which I'm assuming is because of the pH level in the water... suggestions?

How many gallons is your pot? I've used as little as 3 gallon but prefer 5 gallon. I'd even consider bigger but I have a smaller grow space. What are you feeding it, if anything? Yellowing leaves, especially bottom ones, can be a sign of lack of Nitrogen. It's a mobile element so the plant will pull Nitrogen from lower leaves to fuel new growth up top. Your growing media looks like it might be peat based, in which case it doesn't have any nutrients in it for sustained growth, so you have to fertilize if you are/have not. Just some things to consider.
