I wanted to share my experience. I planted this seed 8/24.
I have 16 plants in my grow room right now and I was somewhat overwhelmed and overwatered . I believe that caused lower yellowing leaves. I noticed that the bottom of the pot stayed wet for more than a week and I was fairly sure there must have been significant anaerobic life at the bottom of pot. The main tap root was dark and I suspect had root rot. I replanted into a one gallon fabric pot and new growth seems to be doing okay and I think I have gotten over it. Not sure if I should have cut off the tap root or not but I didn't
