Trying to sprout old seeds of unknown genetics. They look so sad after 3 weeks in comparison to the huge seedlings I see on Youtube. Am I just dealing with inferior genetics?

But that might not cover all areas in general ?
Could be poor choice of lighting used bulb wise ? or even hanging distance when one considers the inverse square law of light effect, ya some minor technical stuff etc etc, very sorry if that provides a minor head ache but should be easy enough to over come shortly...
