So after all the info on top FIM, lighting and ph. I am sure I did the wrong thing but here it is. I topped and cloned the 2 girls. Thank you all for the help.

Too late now but you should have went with bending. Much faster recovery and plants respond really well to it. Id still bend side branches. Get them more bushy than tall.

Humidity is way low. Try hanging a wet towel in there with fan blowing on it or add a humidifier. Plants will thank you for it.
