hi there, just like to say that all your help has been much appriciated.
my new question is. I planted a seed in rockwool the other day after using the paper towel method. It is now about an inch and a half. now my question is can i just plant this straight into compost, if so how long should i give it till i plant it into a pot. Also i can only grow to about 3 foot, what size pot would be best to use?

Yep, you can go right into the dirt. get a fan on em and the lights as close as you can to keep them short and fat.
