Singapore will hang an ethnic Tamil man today for trafficking 1kg of cannabis.
This is despite a rare public plea by his teenage sons to stop the execution, a human rights group said.
After 38-year-old Shanmugam Murugesu lost an appeal to escape the gallows in January, his twin sons, aged 14, took to Singapore's streets, handing out flyers urging the execution to be stopped.
Singapore has tough cannabis laws.
