Space - how to use it

Hello. I am organising a grow and would like some advice.
I have grown plants before however not to a high degree. I lack the knowledge of how best to use the space I have and what type of grow would be appropriate.

Any ideas are welcome.

For example
The shelving can be removed and infact that whole box can be hollowed and is already 60% lightproof - it looks like a good space.
Keep the shelves for clones or CFL vegging?

Ideally I'd like to utilise the main floorspace for flowering and somehow pack vegging, mothers and clones into that closet. Do you think that is possible?

SoG sounds good for a fast harvest especially if coupled with hydro, right? Is it a poor utilisation of vertical space in this intance?

I'm not sure how realistic it is to put all that in the closet. it looks big enough for vegging plants or mothers and clones, but probably not both. Have you considered adding a smaller tent to the main space for vegging plants, leaving the closet for clones?
