I try to keep indoor between 75 and 85, I understand you can go a little higher, and if you want to increase the chances of having purple weed you can go lower, but probably not get as high of a yield.
As for outside I live in so cal... I let Moma N, do that thinking for me.

indoors ideal temp is 70 to 80. Don't worry about outdoors because you can't change it anyway.
