Tent replacement parts are the hardest thing to find. In need of more light hanging bars. Any ideas

Try contacting the seller, the manufacturer, or if it's one of those crappy generic brands, a better tent seller or manufacturer to see whether it has a model of the same (l*w) dimensions.
If none of those suggestions are palatable, pay a "good ol' boy" $20 plus expenses to take a look at your tent, go to the nearest real hardware store, and fabricate what you need.
But I'd contact the original seller first. You stated "replacement parts" if the item is still under warranty, that should be covered unless the original parts were damaged by something like negligence/misuse. And even if out of warranty (or the damage was your fault), common parts should be available for purchase for a period of time after sale of the item.

Hey Wayne. I use this for the sides. Its 1/2 inch plumbing hangers and tent poles from yard sales or hanging around. It'll work for a light over 4 feet I bet. The bottom one is a better choice for a no protruding situation to rub a hole in the tent.
