So, my understanding of the new ordinance in Los Angeles is that any patients within the city limits will be required to be members of and participate in the activities of only one MMJ collective at a time.
Also, it seems that membership fees or other fees are going to become the norm, as a way of legitimizing each member's "stake" in the collective.
Anyone else getting this read from the ordinance? I'm no attorney, I've read it at least 3 times through and I think I understand what the city council is trying to do, but I'm really not sure...
Personally, I don't mind being required to only visit one collective, but what if they shut down? That's my primary concern...
