Im currently on my second soil grow and I was not particularly happy with the 1st or the 2nd grow so far. I would like to switch to Hydro I have studied for the last 6 months on how to grow both, Friday will mark the 3rd week of flower on the 2nd batch. I want to switch the plants from soil to hydro by friday or saturday has anyone done this? I have all the info needed to gently wash away the dirt ball from the roots and re-plant in a 20 gallon tub I want to use between 4 to 8 Air Creator Mineral Stones Gray 19mm x 51mm in the tube to stimulate the roots. I will use using cal-mag first then Fox Farms nutes. I personally think the plants will be fine and not really worried about this crop because I have some top notch premo haze that just landed and want to plant those asap. and advice?

Unless you want to reveg them I wouldn't do this during flowering. It's going to be very stressful for the plants.
What's going on that makes you think switching to hydro will fix it? Have you considered just riding #2 out and making the switch for the next grow? Having great genetics is useless if the growing environment sucks.
