The world has (literally) collapsed on my plant! Help!

Hi all,
This is my first post ever anywhere cannabis related, so I'm a complete newbie.

I came home today to the sight of my 2wo plant lying squashed under the lamp.
It looks pretty much dying now, the leaves are all crumpled and droopy and the stem is bent.
Last few days it was showing signs of what I assume to be a magnesium defficiency.

Anything I can do to save it?
This is really sad.

If the stem is not broken, It will live. Just gotta nurse her back to strength and hope nothing falls on her again. Mag deficiency is an easy fix.

Actually, Even if the stem/stalk is broken it will still possibly live and refoliate. Big set back however.
