I am about 7 weeks into a 10 week flower, and a couple of my buds are starting to throw seeds??? I am thinking one of my vents was letting some light in. what do I do to stop it from affecting the rest of my plant??

Find where the pollen came from. You may be too late for that, given the size of those seeds. They've been growing for at least a couple weeks to get that big.

this is only my second plant I have ever grown, I didnt notice anything really different till just the other day. I am pretty sure this whole plant is trash!! I think Imma throw my other two away from my veg too, just to be safe, and start from seed again.

I wouldn't do that. Seeds don't make a plant trash. Some older guys will still only smoke seeded bud, and it's still got plenty of cannabinoids.
Worst comes to worst, you could still make oil or hash.
You still need to figure out where the pollen came from. It can stick around between grows, and cause a few seeds.
I guess I implied that the whole plant was pollinated. You don't know that yet, it could just be a few grains of pollen that came in with you.

my lights just turned on about 30 minutes ago, and upon further inspection, I have seeds in almost all of my buds,least all the ones I inspected before the feeling of frustration at "failure" ( only accepted if no lesson is learned) set in. I dont know what to do, i dont want it to get to my other girls

Just reread one of your messages, do not throw out the plants in your veg tent. They can't be pollinated while in veg.

Those plants look healthy and growing nicely. Maybe it is my eyes but I did not notice seeds. A couple of large calyx but that is often normal.
Where did you get the seeds from? What strain?
It is not a light leak that causes the seeds to form. A light leak will not affect the rest of the plant.
It takes pollen and the pollen has to come from a male flower.
Look the whole plant over. Look carefully, especially near the female flowers that have a seed. Look for the part of the male flower that looks like a banana. Often the male bananas will be mixed in with the female flower
As soon as you get a chance, start reading all the threads on this message board about the plants that develop a few male flowers or the bananas even though the plant was not grown in a tent or cabinet with a light leak. The bananas will often just show up on some plants as that plant gets older.
And, no need to toss the plants just because you might have found a seed. Like @CanadianJim says, the weed is still smokeable.

Thats what I have maybe been thinking, or maybe even the seed was from a hermie plant? It was a bag seed to begin with from a buddies indoor, so thinking about it there shouldnt of been any seeds anyways!!! you live you learn. I am still going to inspect every inch of the other 2 in my other tent and make sure they are all female.

I live in a Oregon! Eastern oregon, everyone is starting to throw there plants in the ground and yes, there is a hemp farm in my valley actually..

Lol, sorry I misunderstood. I thought you meant throw them in the trash.
I wouldn't put them outdoors with an industrial hemp farm anywhere near. Unless your buddy had a sneaky male or a hermie that might be where the seed came from in the first place.

maybe. Or I stressed her out. I dont know i think back and there alot of things maybe that i could of done to cause it. cleaning her up while in early flower? to lil water, i did let her get really dry a few times...I dont know really yet, like i said this is only my second plant grown to flower

If it was due to stress there would be nanners, or male flowers (personally I think stress causes nanners and genetics cause full male flowers, but I have no evidence).
Need better pictures under normal light can't tell shit with the blurple light.
