Time to harvest? Opinions, please

Long time reader, first time caller. Could you good gents offer some advise on the attached picture. SWIM is looking for more of a head high, how far away from harvest would you peg the attached plant to be?

Single plant - indoor
5 Gal soil grow
6 x 23w CFLs

There is not enough magnification to scrutinize the trichomes.

How long has this been flowering? Do you see and cloudy or amber trichomes?

6 weeks and 1 day in that picture. Certainly no amber, but I'm unsure if they're cloudy.
