For those of you who take breaks to get your tolerance down, how long does it usually take? Also is it worth it? I apologize if there's a thread like this already.
A week or two is good. I find taking a break for 1 month out of the year works great seeing after that month is up you get really really messed up. Also switching strains works well too.
I went 3 days and that didn't do anything. My tolerence stays real low any way. I think its from working out, and vitamins, plus lots of water and gatorade.
My cousin got probation for like a couple months he couldnt smoke, he said his first day back it was like smoking all over again. one hit and he was ripped.
