Too much heat or light?

Hello 420, My name is Martin and Im a first time grower. Everything has gome well untill yesterday, when my healthyest plant started looking weird. Over the night it has gome a little worse, im worried about the left one. In my oppinion i had too much light, i took off some lights and added a fan. Cheers!

Light's are 34cm from plants and yes, im using fluoeescents. The temperature is precisely 23'C. All the bigger leaves have allready dried off, the soil is perfectly moist and im shure i havent over watered. It just gets worse day by day and i cant figure out what is the cause

PH could be off , whats it at ? and i think i see its in a clear tub/bucket or am i wrong ? the roots hate the light

Ph is 6.8. Yes they are, but could that little mistake litterally kill my plant? I havent got any root rot eather

put the pots in black bags or darken them out , then see how it goes .yes the roots will not feed the plant proper, what feed do you use and what way do you water , do you let the pot go light before next water ?
