Trimming?

how do you know what to trim off your plant how big should they be at 8 weeks in the soil ? mine are 28 and 29 inches tall and bushy as hell

How to do it? you wanna ideally trim anything on the lower canopy or blocking bud sites, and when trimming don't do it too much cause the leaves provide nutes for the plant, and you will stress it out and growth will take a while before it starts again.
