Undercurrent and seedlings

I'm currently building a 4 plant undercurrent and will be growing 4 super iced grapefruit

I'll be rooting them in a propogator first then into the rockwool and u/c

Recomendations on rockwool size? I'll be using 5 gallon pots so quite a large net pot

Also regarding nutes I'll be using the Lucas formula seedlings require no nutes yes?

And do I start them in the undercurrent at 1/4 of the Lucas formula and build up?

I'll be using a ppm meter to measure the reservoir

My friend's laugh at me but, I plant mine right in my growstone, clay rocks b4 that, been working for me for the last eight years,. Just get the thing in there gently

Don't use Lucas form. So can't comment on that
