UP Doctors?

I know the feeling - We went to Harbor Springs to get our certification, but the Dr is willing to hold a clinic in the UP if enough people can get together - but we couldn't wait 
. Do you know of other people that qualify? Are you planning on growing, or are you going to need a caregiver? I am trying to get somethings going here in the UP. It seems like no one recognizes us for anything.
