Vaporiser Cleaning - Resin

My filter in the elbow of my Vaporiser came out a long time ago, and now after six months use, there is a huge build up inside the glass piece. Now maybe I am wrong, but would that be resin, the by product of heating buds up to 200 deg C.

Or, is it useless waste?

If we are talking about the Arizer Extreme Q, I still have the filter in the elbow and I get a build up of resin in the elbow. The filter is mainly to avoid inhaling the flowers when using the whip or getting pieces of flowers in the balloon bag, it's not there to stop the resin from building up. I don't think the resin would be that potent and probably contains a lot of other undesirables other than just cannabinoids, I just clean the elbow as I do the rest of the whip using Isopropyl Alcohol.

If I were you, I wouldn't count it as useless. I would try my best to clean it as much as possible. Although it wouldn't have the same potent but it will do more or less.
