Vertical Growth & Plant Training

Hi guys im hoping somebody may be able to assist. Ive attempted the tape method to my plants in order to train them. But im afraid that ive overdone it. I now have what looks like a shrub. Any ideas on how to fix this? Many thanks

all about 4 weeks from seed.

You want it to bush out, its fine, small shrubs turn to big bushes like this!

Perhaps im worrying too much. I have one photo and 2 autos havent switched the auto yet but there is very little vertical growth in the photo and one of the autos wanted to know if im doing something wrong?

I have mephisto genetics sour bubblin crack and ripleys og under one light and a riserva privada silver bubble in another tent under another light 15l auto pots with air domes and tangs advance nute feeding schedule . . .
