We MMJ patients should help each other

Howdy, I am doing pretty good. I am going to numerous doctor appointments and such but I am being supplied with everything that i need to at least be comfortable. I appreciate that. March 1 will be my first day of retirement. I am really glad that I live here on the west coast with the greatest bunch of people in the world. I'm proud to live in Washington state and I think our governor is doing a great job. I live in the town she is from. Our police chief from Seattle will be the new drug czar for Obama! Things are changing! Things are changing for the better.

Just musing here -- hope I'm not off topic.

I'm still not able to post a new thread (for some reason) so I'll post here.

Just thinking out loud.

A core problem in the "drug war" is scheduling. Although, of course, I am completely against the entire concept of scheduling.

Scheduling should be re-done, with drugs re-grouped according to naturally-occurring versus chemical refinement / manufacturing required.

Example: (simplified Group 1, 2, etc)
G1 - meth, LSD, heroin, etc., in one category.
G2 - marijuana, mushrooms, peyote in another category.

This might give "concerned" law makers / law enforcement the ability to deal with and treat marijuana differently.

Plus, in a perceived "massive, landslide victory" (for those azzh0les) salvia could be added to G2 as a token. I'm sure that would give those old croakers a little stiffening resulting in their spending less for their much needed Viagra.

An entire restructure and overhaul would be required, with laws changed based on essentially the clowns at the US gov being able to permit some form of legitimate legalization, while, since they are enforcement-happy lunatics, they could re-align their efforts, energy and money to focus on G1 "control" of the "more dangerous" substances.

Reason I propose this is because there's a major conflict now with cannabis (as medicine) versus it being in the older, outdated Schedule 1 category. This core problem is giving "lawmakers" something to choke on, and it's getting no one nowhere.

It could be a main reason why these stupid idiots are not being able to get out of their own way.

Just re-group into G1, G2, etc., and everyone would be happier because then weed and the natural "mind expanders" could be permitted access to, similar to the way MMj is now allowed "safer access" to.

Maybe then the worthless Fed fugs and DEA thugs could see their way clear to get back closer to original US Constitutional and Bill of Rights values, while at the same time allowing them to continue to get their addiction-to-control fixes, resulting in a win for everyone.

I kinda like this (from my purely ignorant of the facts view) new pay as you go federal funding proposal of Obama's, if it really would effect his not using federal funds to prosecute MMj patients "rap."

Because, I would expect/think the better control of money would be on success or progress based criteria, as opposed to just blindly funding programs that don't have success or progress at reaching their goals.

The "war" on people consuming mj and mmj the US gov so gleefully participates in squarely falls into this category, being an utter failure therefore a complete waste of money (spent) by the feds.

All that's happening now (and for decades) is, "drug agents" go from house to house to house to location to location to location to person to person to person "busting" and "raiding" ........ and for what?

So they can just start the whole process and the same loop over again the next day thereby procuring a check for themselves that is wasted taxpayers' money?

That they are not getting anywhere is evidence enough to slash their spending. Their busting 20lbs or 20 plants or 20 people per day just to have 20 or 40 or 60 or 600 or 6000 more take the place of those arrested is absolutely counter-production.

I mean you'd have to be an idiot, you'd have to be a moron not to see this.

If Obama is gonna make good on his MMj promises (that, as a politician, I highly doubt he will, because none of them ever do) he can by starting to view the MMj issue in this light, and slash fed's budget accordingly.

You’ve got to understand something. The drug laws are unconstitutional! They were based in racism and pocket lining (big business interests). They were developed as a control for those in power to be able to get around the constitution and do what they wanted with the “sub-classes”. All of the drug laws are directly against our founding fathers principals. It wasn’t the founding fathers intent to have the government tell us what we can and can’t put in our bodies. Think about it….if you can't decide what you can put in YOUR body then who owns your body? Our government has been corrupted since around the time just past the civil war (when politicians started making “laws” that weren’t based on facts but on the probability that the politician will line his/her pockets. Its not the drug war but the laws themselves that are causing our continuing misery. Further, it is also the politicians that perpetrate these lies to continue the status qoe instead of letting the truth out and actively supporting it.. I mean, what the hell man, what do these politicians think will happen when people find the truth? They think they will keep their jobs?!?! My god!! They’ll be lucky to keep their lives let alone their jobs. The lie that’s been perpetrated for decades is finally starting to come to light. In time people will see just how corrupted our system is and we will rebuild but those in power will fight us tooth and nail, try to put us in prison or even “wipe us away”. If we continue to act as sheep we will continue to be walked all over. We must end the war on drugs, fire (and possibly charge) all politicians, and enforcement officials, that have deliberately continued this, and go back to our constitution for our people Nothing short of this will fix our issues here in the US and abroad.

I don't appreciate spending an hr. writing a message and having it disappear from this site. I need to talk to the people who run this and see if this is something I want to deal with in the future. If I have to re log in in the middle of a blog with no warning or anything and then to lose everything is something that I pay off credit card companies and close accts. over. This is supposed to be fun not an aggravation. I spent two hours writing somethingf and it's been trashed. Thanks editor!

hoppie, it doesn't just happen here, most forums edit this way.

What I do is... anytime I post something I think is worthwhile I keep a "running Wordpad" open - as soon as I write something, before I hit Preview Post I right click > Select All > right click > Copy ---- then paste it into my running Wordpad and click SAVE. Then I proceed to read over and edit my post if necessary. Once I make my final submission I will Select All once more > copy/paste into the Wordpad for permanent saving.

This way if a post is deleted or even if your PC loses power and shuts completely off, you have a fresh new saved copy of your post.

(Not here) I've lost too many "important" writings of mine over time, so I have learned to never not save something I don't want to turn up missing after I write it. This is especially critical with email.

Then, if a mod edits your post removing it, you've always got a back-up spare to then go to the mods/admin and ask what it was about the particular post tripped their deletion triggers.

Otherwise writing and posting is just too frustrating an experience - not just on message boards.

Before I landed here I was on the biggest weed forum on the net with nearly 70k members. I was sailing along for almost 2 weeks -- had 20 friends, even with admins -- my rep power was climbing thru the roof...... suddenly, I tried to submit (while writing!) a post -- banned... for "LIFETIME."

LMAO -- what did I do? Reason given: "None."

To this day I don't know what I did wrong. I even studied their forum rules and as far as I understood I was not breaking ANY rules they had. I've written the forum admin and have never received a reply. lol -- A Google search on my ID/handle will turn up the forum name I was banned off of.

It's kinda like "Oh well," for every forum you can get bounced off of, there's a dozen more out there and dozens more in formation. I've decided message boards on a related subject like cannabis are like one big bar where, although the names of the places change, it's still all alcohol they serve and pretty much the same clientele mindset. Doubtless there are several hundred million pro-weed users who blow in and out of these places.

Best,

I understand, Drumbum420.

The US Constitution / Bill of Rights does not even give politicians authority to create and make such laws as you mention.

Debt is not legal tender.

Do you know what this means?

It means the US Government, when it first took on debt in the 1930s? / 1940s?, has been functioning illegally ever since.

The USD (US dollar) is strictly prohibited for usage due to its government being in debt, thus out of business. Therefore, anything and everything and ever law the gov created and made after they went broke ("dead") and started using debt that is not legal tender, is altogether renegade and illegal.

Not many people know this truth but it has great and vast implications, beginning with every politician should be arrested and prosecuted for greatly jeopardizing and endangering US citizens.

The National Debt is over $12 trillion now. It's illegal for a dead government to function.

The death spiral of the US government since they put marijuana into prohibition:

agreed. Our Federal officials have been long in it for themselves 1st and us not even on the list. If they dont wake up soon we will have to wake them.

I think we just have to fire them. Dismiss them legally. Has never been done before but it doesn't mean it cannot be done now. I think it is fully within our Constitutional rights to do so.

Especially since it is they who as elected officials trusted as "managers" of the nation have run America into the ground, thereby greatly jeopardizing the lives and safety of over 300,000,000 citizens.

I am not suggesting a coup d'etat type situation, no not in the least. I am just saying, we have the lawful right though lawyers, courts and judges to get them set aside. I think we can even sue them in civil court and try them in court for damages we've sustained.

First step for all of this would be to seek legal counsel from lawyers who are well-versed in political and Constitutional law.

I'll emphasis again, I am not for, as some are, "taking up arms" against the government - lol. That would get us nowhere, neither would I ever suggest that. But, approaching this issue legally, lawfully and as such in the full rights of our Constitution, I think we definitely can terminate the whole bunch of them because mainly there are many substantial and legitimate reasons to do so.

The death spiral of the US government (see above chart) is taking down every law abiding citizen with them, thereby putting us all at high risk and high likelihood of our experiencing catastrophic catastrophe. Many people already have run into this in their personal lives with all these never ending "financial crises" of theirs.

Enough is enough. There is no need to wait until they officially declare "bankruptcy." The US government has already been illiquid for decades. That is the National Debt.

without clone avalibility at the clinic I attend, I am left with the chore of saving seeds form the bags I am forced to buy on the black market. keep in mind that "bag seed" in alot of cases is good smoke, and probably a reconized strain. If you get lucky enough to get ahold of some seeds from a bag of medicine you liked, you can grow from this as well. I also wish I had acsess to recognized strains in clone form, I'd love buy the strains I prefer and have one mother from each of my favorites.....from there on out, just produce your own specific type of "high" depending upon harvest time. Others have been working on a larger network (outside the greater seattle area) to provide medicine to legaly reccomended patiants here, but It will be time before the services are available to more of us.

Tried that bag seed route it was a waste of time and energy just buy the seeds you need and get it over with cheaper than running all the equiptment to get a bunch of males and no meds. order female seed and then you got a great chance of having some success time wasted is a crime you ain't getting a do over on it.
