week into flowering are these preflowers?

hey this is my first grow i put these plants down at the end of august so its been about 8 weeks and im yet to get any thing i can confirm from preflowers i have a few shoots coming out off the areas that the areas that there supposed to but they look more like new leafs any help would be appreciated

Yes I think so, hard to see, a bit far away, try get some clear shots that are a bit closer. At the moment to me they are looking like the beginning of male parts, but hope I am wrong. Are they supposed to be female or regular seeds?

Heres a better picture, was a mix bag of seed and it's alright if it's male I have a few I'm just a bit more concerned that the preflowering is stuffed, there a bit late they were supposed to come up a couple weeks ago could just be the genetic

The first pic if I had to guess I say looks male, but the second I can't tell. You still a little bit of time for them to develop and show more before having to worry about pollen.
