What am I seeing? 1 seed 2 sprouts?

Got 4 sprouts. 3 look like I've become used to. With the 4th, I thought at first that part of the growth got stuck under something forcing both ends up. Without going crazy I wanted to make sure there was a taproot actually in the soil. As far as I can tell, there is. This is one seed in here but what looks like 2 sprouts.

Have to agree with Clark, had a similar experience, as the Highlander would say " there can only be one! "
