I'm currently using BPN 3 part elite with blue bloom and seaweed.
I'm using aggressive growth.
what deficiecy is this? I have already flushed.

Looks like some metal deficiency, possibly iron. Get a relative pH figure for your growing medium, also consult the Pest Problems Diseases section of the Growers Forums, however since you have already flushed, there's not much you can do, I doubt the final product will be hindered all toooo much...

Also could be a salt build up. Are you watering between feeds? The scorched tip is a sign of nitrogen overload

the tips got burned earlier, and yes I have been pushing the plant and salt was probably it. I have not been water only, i guess I will from now on.
Yea every other feed give a good regular water in between to give the plants a chance to use the nutes that's already stored up and in the soil
