What do you do when you use dry amendments in the soil and you get nutrient burn or lockout? The nutrients are mixed in the soil. Do you ride it out and not mix as much in your soil then in the future or is there a way to fix it. I would rather not flush it if I do not need to do it.

When you say amendments I assume you're talking about 100% organic and basically not nutrients that are immediately plant available.
Its pretty hard to get nutrient burn in totally organic soil and amendments.

Sure it isn't something like light stress, potassium deficiency etc?

If you don't have enough light and you let your soil dry out constantly then you're setting conditions up that could possibly cause some nutrient burn even with organic amendments.
Letting the soil dry out will condense available nutrients, and not having enough light the plant isn't photosynthesizing and using those nutrients.
