i'm a first time grower what lighting do i need , i have a 4 x 8 grow room. can someone help me

You can squeeze two 1000w, dim them down if needed. Or go with 2-3 600W.
You can also get two 600w.
If you don't want to use the entire space and start smaller, go with one 600w or one 1000w.
