What system would this (pic) be used for?

my buddy came across this hydroponic res/lid in salvage somewhere and gave it to me since he knew it would be put to good use . my question though is what system would i exactly use to grow weed best using this. i figured i needed net pots so i scooped up a bunch of those - -i was thinking of a bubbler arrangement perhaps thanx

it is 3'x2' fitting 20 3.75" net pots along with accompanying 8" res

didnt see that there was a res also, hmmm looks like some bastard unit. never seen an eb and flow with a lid to hold the pots, but it could be.

It looks very professional, the lid is reinforced to hold the cups all at the same height. The reservoir looks quite a bit less than 25 gallons, too!

whatever it was it is probably easiest to turn it into a DWC with some air stones and perhaps a fogger or two.
