What to use Powder or Liquid?

Getting ready to clone so whats better the Root Powder or Root liquid?

And is there and different benifits from one to the other as i may opt to try both on different stems to see if the results vary.

I am new to cloaning so thanks for any Input.

I like the powder, seems to stick better.
There is also a jell

I rarely use anything.
