Oh no.... 
Looks like it started to turn male to me! But honestly I'm in-experienced. Also looks like it was cooked under lots of heat.

It is a mature male plant with open stamens which have dispersed their pollen already.

Actually they are open stamens which contained pollen. Seeds form on females once they've been pollinated by one or more males.

Thanks shanker65! I've been gardening pretty much my whole life and although I just started with cannabis last summer, the vast majority of my cannabis knowledge comes from and the wonderful members here who share their knowledge with everyone. There are members of this site with much more knowledge than I and I continue to learn more each and every day.
