What's going on here?

Can anybody tell me what this is, if anything, and if this is something to worry about? If so what is the issue causing this and how can I cure it? This is the only leaf that is showing this characteristic..

Coo coo. 2nd feed last nite and I don't recall the discoloration. Wanted to get out in front of it if it was an issue. Just growing pains? Or did I burn her a little?
