What's going on here?

Hello small home grower here! I’ve been growing for a while but recently ran into some issues I’ve never seen before.. I got some weird looking buds forming on the bottoms of my plants and wondering if anyone knows what it could be! Thanks in advance!

Tops are all fine it’s really the bottom 1/3rd of the plants showing this! Sorry for the crappy pictures it’s hard to photograph what I’m seeing and making sure it translates well in picture.

I generally clean under the light line post stretch.
Cleaning out those popcorn nugs and larf.
Looks like that's what your talking about.
Small nugs under the skirt?
Nothing wrong with them.
I'd bump your GH to full strength for the duration though.
And drop your ph to 5.8.
