What's the best dry trimmer for a small grow?

I was using a bowl trimmer but that only really works well on wet buds and chews up dry buds. The problem with using a bowl/wet trimmer is that I can't hang dry the buds and instead have to cut the buds off the stalks and dry the buds in racks, with no stalks the buds dry faster on the outside compared to the inside. So the buds end up too dry on the outside.

So I was wondering if anyone could recommend a dry trimmer for a small operation to trim say about 20 lb dry weight.

I had good results with the bowl trimmer on buds that were just dry enough to go into the jars for curing, but I was only able to test it out once with a small amount.
I can see how it would be a problem for drier buds.
