looks like damping off but the medium doesn't look very wet.

I was thinking wind burn from to strong of fan but the fan is just making them dance a little bit to much at all or more than any other grow I have done. So I'm gonna say damping off is right

if it's in coco, I think you want to keep it watered daily

there's no perlite in that mix. i also use just 100% coco and learned that if the pot is more than a 3" when they're that small you have to be just as carful as in soil. I had a batch that really took a turn for the worst really quick, had to let the medium dry out a bit. the pots were about the same size as op 6" and needed to wait until the roots were bigger and more hungry before soaking that much coco.

Feed to run off, are those cups draining from the bottom?
Yea they are draining good got like 8 holes in the bottom they are looking better but the one green crack I was doing just broke in half I left it was perfect came back about 13hr later and it was folded over. I'm the only one with access to my room its as secure as fort knox.

I think it's stem rot. i don't care what anyone says, you have to let those pots dry out a bit. mine were so soaked and of course they can't drink much of it at this point so it just sits wet. one thing you can do is just lower the humidity for a couple days to help speed up the drying. also dig trenches around the edges of the pot and mix around the dry coco every day.

looking at the pics it does look like wind / light burn raise your light turn off the fan and make sure that its not dry in the room ...as far as feed I have one in a root riot cube in a solo cup with coco and I have only watered it twice in 10 days with plain water ( my medium isn't drying out fyi ) I don't give any food until the cotyledon ( fat starting leaf's) start to slightly yellow ..reason being is I want those roots to spread out searching for food thus increasing the root ball size before transplanting.

In regards to the green crack I would spread some rooting gel on the stem right above the narrowing section and cut a solo cup to go over that one and fill it with coco till about 1/4 " from the underside of the leaves so I wouldn't loose the plant .

Update on Gorilla all is well they are on their 3rd set of leafs. I dont know what was going on but they are growing fast and looking good. Someone said the light was to close but I dont think so because they were stretching like all hell lol. Anyway all seems well. I will post back in a few days with more pics thanks everyone for the help

So after a few days of no watering than only watering just enough to get the coco we they are doing great. Had a little stretch because my light was only on half power and to high so I turned light up to 400 watts and raised to about 24-28 inches and the stretching has stopped. For safety reasons I am using bread ties to make sure they don't bend over like the Green crack did.
